Key Responsibilities Provide leadership oversight and mentorship to the RCM team, primarily offshore Handle escalated inquiries and disputes from patients and insurance companies Identify trends in billing issues and develop process improvements for RCM operations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred Three (3) years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or related fields Two (2) years of experience in home medical equipment (HME), diabetic supplies, or similar environments preferred Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or home health environment is a plus Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
