A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to manage financial reporting and accounting activities for a national portfolio. Key Responsibilities Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow Oversee the accuracy and productivity of property management accounting activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is a plus Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, and MRI Third Party Management Experience
