Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct major medical or scientific research projects Review and analyze research data, revising techniques as necessary Supervise and train laboratory personnel on techniques and safety procedures Required Qualifications PhD with major coursework in the relevant field or a Master's Degree with major coursework in the relevant field 6 years of research experience in the relevant field, including at least 1 year as a Research Scientist with a PhD, or 9 years with a Master's degree including at least 2 years as a Research Scientist Experience with molecular cloning, CRISPR-Cas9, and cell culture Strong background in large-scale data analysis Experience in scientific writing and presentation
