Senior Security Operations GRC Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Security Operations Governance, Risk, & Compliance Analyst. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, enforce, and audit security policies and procedures to safeguard enterprise systems and data Assess and communicate security risks to stakeholders while providing tailored guidance on security best practices Implement security awareness programs and mentor employees in security efforts across the organization Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of IT Security Compliance experience or equivalent Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or Security + are highly preferred Experience with compliance assessments for HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST-CSF, and other regulations Familiarity with GRC tools and security technologies like SIEM and vulnerability management systems Demonstrated experience leading audits in a regulated environment, particularly with HITRUST framework
