Senior Workout Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Workout Portfolio Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare underwriting, credit presentations, and quarterly Asset Quality Reports while conducting financial and collateral analysis Monitor portfolio credits and proactively identify issues for risk rating or accrual status changes Facilitate the restructure underwriting and closing process, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or investment banking loan structuring for large transactions Competence in financial modeling, including DCF and leverage modeling Strong data gathering and research skills with the ability to analyze complex data Knowledge of commercial products, loan accounting, and relevant compliance regulations
