Student Support Representative
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information on university policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication channels
Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws and maintain confidentiality of student accounts
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational setting
Understanding of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
