A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to implement and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs Analyze and optimize ITSM and other ServiceNow processes to align with industry best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow functionalities Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a large-scale environment Strong understanding of ITSM; knowledge of other ServiceNow modules is highly desirable ITIL V3 Certification is a plus ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications) is preferred Degree in Computer Science or a related field
