ServiceNow Senior Consultant
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to provide guidance and develop solutions for customers' ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on development assistance, including form configuration, workflow administration, and custom scripting
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and draft user stories with acceptance criteria
Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions for customers
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
3+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas required
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects effectively
