A company is looking for a Lead Director Sales - Medicare. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a sales organization focused on selling Medicare products Oversee daily operations of the call center, including performance management and training Execute Telesales operations to grow business across all product lines Required Qualifications At least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in Telesales and/or Medicare programs 5+ years of experience managing individual contributors and managers Demonstrated experience in developing internal Telesales capabilities for insurance companies Superior knowledge of Medicare products is desirable Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is the highest level of education desired
