Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service through outbound calls for surveys and community health assessments

Required Qualifications
Basic computer skills with a personal computer (Windows 11 or higher) or Mac (Apple OS X 10.13+) and antivirus protection
Must be a resident of Texas and maintain a quiet private space while working from home
Minimum typing speed of 18 wpm and ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs effectively
Possess a smartphone or tablet with a camera for two-factor authentication
