A company is looking for a Relationship Case Manager to manage life, LTC, and DI applications and facilitate communication among various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review life applications for accuracy and completeness, and communicate with agents and VPs regarding missing information Monitor case status and requirements, ensuring timely follow-up with carriers and vendors Negotiate with carriers on offers and provide guidance on underwriting evidence for optimal outcomes Required Qualifications Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in Life Insurance New Business, General Agency, or Life Insurance company Knowledge of medical and financial underwriting terminology is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based management systems Industry designations (e.g., NAILBA Case Management certification, FLMI) are a plus
