A company is looking for a Subrogation Claims Specialist - Home and Auto. Key Responsibilities Investigate claims to determine subrogation potential and responsible parties Initiate and manage subrogation actions, including sending demand letters and filing arbitration Negotiate settlements with third parties or their insurers to recover paid losses Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred but not required) 2-5 years' experience handling Subrogation claims 5+ years' experience in handling Auto/Homeowners/Dwelling Fire/Condominium Claims (strongly preferred but not required) Understanding of property and casualty insurance policies, coverages, and claims processes Familiarity with subrogation laws and legal procedures
