Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements for managing requirements across engineering teams Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as nuclear, mechanical, or aerospace engineering 3+ years of experience in a requirements management role for complex engineering systems Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter Requirements is a bonus Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, nuclear, automotive, or defense is preferred Advanced degree in engineering or systems engineering is a plus
