Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Manage a requisition load of 20-25+ job openings simultaneously
Network to attract active and passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting
Ability to source, screen, and hire top talent
Knowledge of Human Resources practices including EEO and diversity recruiting
