Talent Acquisition Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and design talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with vendors to implement system enhancements and manage training for stakeholders
Lead talent acquisition projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution and communication of changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a progression in responsibility
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or similar role focused on process and technology optimization
Advanced understanding of recruiting systems and technology integration
Experience in configuring and implementing new processes within CRM systems and other TA technologies
