A company is looking for an Associate Talent Development Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for employee learning, onboarding, and performance programs
Support the administration of learning platforms and facilitate live sessions
Create and schedule employee communications and coordinate engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management support role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Ability to design and deliver engaging self-paced learnings and presentations
Strong organizational and administrative skills
