Technical SaaS Task Manager
A company is looking for a Technical SaaS Task Manager to support their Client Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage client-related tasks, projects, and deliverables in collaboration with Client Account Managers
Document client requirements, meeting notes, and create technical documentation
Analyze internal task workflows and develop SOPs and standardized tracking tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management)
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or client success in a SaaS or tech environment
Experience with SaaS tools and task/project management platforms
Proficient in process mapping software and intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms and collaborative tools
