Texas Licensed FFE Design Manager
A company is looking for a FFE Design Manager to oversee design management for capital projects in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with project teams to maintain a portfolio of capital projects and develop project scope and goals
Directs external vendors and performs facility assessments to ensure compliance with design guidelines and client needs
Facilitates design iterations and communicates project status to ensure alignment with budget and schedule targets
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of design management experience in architectural or interior design firms
Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer in the State of Texas
Experience in Healthcare design, particularly oncology clinics, is preferred
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BArch) required from an accredited institution
Professional registration or experience with WELL or LEED-certified projects is preferred
