Texas Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support legal and claims professionals in managing insurance-related legal matters. Key Responsibilities Assist the claims team by gathering and reviewing claims-related documents for compliance Conduct legal research on relevant laws and prepare legal documents Act as a point of contact between the claims department, external attorneys, and clients to facilitate communication and claims handling Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is required Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and property and casualty insurance policies Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
