A company is looking for a Token Plan Administrator. Key Responsibilities Administer token plans, including day-to-day operations of token option plans and other incentive plans Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare financial and regulatory reports Oversee the granting of token awards and maintain accurate records of equity grants and vesting schedules Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or a related role Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as needed
