Key Responsibilities Oversee the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and manage the monthly financial close process Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, and oversee budget management and internal controls implementation Lead and develop the accounting team while optimizing processes and ensuring stakeholder engagement Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in the cannabis or related industry Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or Acumatica Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments Desire to learn SQL/BI for enhanced data analysis capabilities
