Trade Compliance Analyst
A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst on a full-time contract basis for an initial 3-month term. Key Responsibilities Investigate potential export compliance violations and support voluntary self-disclosures to relevant U.S. Departments Analyze compliance risks related to export-controlled data and maintain organized case files Coordinate with various teams to gather information for investigations and support corrective action planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business, Law, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in export compliance, preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors In-depth knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC sanctions Experience preparing and submitting voluntary self-disclosures to relevant agencies U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
