Training and Communications Specialist
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Training and Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage training initiatives and communications for Independent Distributor Partners and the sales team
Create and facilitate training programs using various delivery methods, including e-learning and in-person sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
1+ years of communications experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG and/or DSD
Experience in designing and developing training materials
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
