Training and Communications Specialist
A company is looking for a Training and Communications Specialist. Key Responsibilities Support internal and external users of the Collaboration Portal by troubleshooting issues and documenting improvements Create various written communications and training materials for stakeholders Assist in onboarding new users by providing introductions and demonstrations of the portal's features Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of management experience Minimum of 3 years of functional experience Experience with video content creation software, such as Lumen5 Experience conducting training webinars and creating newsletters
