Training Developer for HAM/SAM
A company is looking for a Training Developer (HAM/SAM) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in developing comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement training content for a customized hardware and software asset management solution
Engage with diverse audiences to ensure effective training content and operational efficiencies
Maintain a training documentation repository and conduct audits for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Change Management, Marketing, or similar, with 5 years of relevant experience
8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education
Experience in developing training programs for customized hardware and software asset management solutions
Advanced understanding of MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SharePoint
Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and project managers
