Vendor Staff Specialist

A company is looking for a Vendor Staff Specialist to support Design Vendor teams and manage project progress in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual support and coaching to vendor teams, including feedback sessions and performance goal-setting Investigate and resolve account escalations related to vendor quality issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions Track and analyze individual vendor user performance data and trends while managing workflows across multiple vendors Qualifications Minimum of two years' experience as a Staff Designer in multiple disciplines, or three years in a Senior Designer role, or four years of extensive solar design experience Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred, but not required Strong understanding of the residential construction process Proficient in drafting and AutoCAD, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and Salesforce Demonstrated ability to adapt to change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
