Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Establish clear sales goals, metrics, and performance indicators while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Maintain and expand a comprehensive pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and participation in industry events
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles focused on selling SaaS products to P&C insurance businesses
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of the P&C Insurance industry and complex sales cycles
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Experience with sales technology stack (CRM, BI tools, etc.)
