VIP Retention Team Supervisor
A company is looking for a VIP Team Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the VIP Retention Team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise up to 20 team members and ensure retention goals are met
Monitor team performance through call reviews, coaching, and statistical analysis
Analyze VIP retention inquiries and support departmental cost and revenue initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
Experience in performance management and conducting performance reviews
Ability to analyze data to address customer-related needs effectively
