Internal Applications Support Engineer
A company is looking for an Internal Support Application Engineer to provide technical support for custom internal tools and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for internal employees experiencing issues with custom applications, diagnosing and resolving problems
Conduct in-depth debugging and code-level troubleshooting, implementing patches and enhancements to resolve user-reported issues
Proactively monitor the performance and stability of internal applications and develop user-friendly documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related role
Strong coding and debugging skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD
Ability to independently manage tasks and proactively solve problems
