A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Social Services. Key Responsibilities Supervises program managers and project leaders while fostering a positive work environment Plans and directs the operations of social services programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and evaluating program effectiveness Participates in recruitment and selection processes, and serves on various committees and task forces Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related experience in Human Services Considerable experience in human services programs, including case plan management and supervision Must meet the eligibility requirements of the County's safe driver policy and be willing to travel occasionally Experience in developing and implementing social services programs is preferred Possession of a BSW or MSW degree and a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Worker license is desirable
