A company is looking for a Utilization Review Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN. Key Responsibilities: Utilizes management techniques to assess the medical necessity and efficiency of healthcare services Collaborates with healthcare teams to manage patient care and resolve barriers to care progression Monitors performance indicators and supports continuous improvement in care delivery Required Qualifications: BSN from an accredited nursing school; ADN holders must complete BSN within 5 years Minimum of 1 year of clinical bedside nursing experience as a Registered Nurse Current RN license in Virginia or eligibility under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon start Preferred: 1 year of experience in RN utilization review and advanced computer skills
