Washington Talent Acquisition Specialist
A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces preferred
Experience with customer service
Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
Must reside within the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
