Key Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in Workday functionality and configuration while advising clients on effective testing strategies Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing proactive suggestions for Workday configuration improvements Support team success by mentoring junior members, contributing to internal initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team on pre-sales engagements Required Qualifications Workday certification in Core HCM; additional certifications are a plus 7+ years of related customer or partner experience 5+ years of Workday Core HCM configuration experience Experience leading multiple end-to-end HCM implementations or 3+ years in Workday Post Production Services Experience managing system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation
