A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish and English Pre-Visit Care Connector. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic outreach to members and receive inbound calls Complete Pre-Visit Assessments by documenting member information and ensuring access to Primary Care Providers Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity metrics Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience 2+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience, preferably in healthcare 2+ years of healthcare experience or social work/community outreach/advocacy experience Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
