Workday HRIS Specialist
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration and user access management
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, data cleanup, and system updates
Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users, and develop training sessions on HRIS features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in HRIS administration, preferably with Workday
Strong technical proficiency with HRIS software, including system configuration and report generation
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
