Workday HRIS Specialist
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist focused on Compensation and Absence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation processes and configurations in Workday
Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or changes affecting Compensation and Absence
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday Compensation and Absence issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of experience with Workday Compensation and Absence configuration
Experience with Workday technologies such as EIB, Report Writer, and Business Process Framework
Strong understanding of system setup and business processes related to compensation and absence
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity
