Key Responsibilities Coordinate with team members to support the development of user-facing features on web and mobile platforms Implement accessibility standards and best practices in collaboration with the Accessibility Specialist Designer and Engineering Lead Participate in planning sessions and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of engineering experience with expert-level knowledge in one frontend technology stack Minimum of 3 years in an accessibility-focused technical role, particularly with WCAG Experience testing with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, JAWS, and NVDA Demonstrated desire to learn new technologies Public Trust Clearance
