Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and providing education as needed
Coordinate interpreters for on-site and video remote appointments, ensuring timely service delivery
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling services
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the language services or interpretation industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
