A company is looking for an Account Solutions Representative to assist customers in managing their auto loan payments. Key Responsibilities Create solutions to help customers avoid becoming further past due and assist in getting them current Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls to address account issues Support customers in canceling or stopping vehicle repossession when possible Required Qualifications High School Diploma High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (preferred) Experience in the finance or automotive industry (preferred) Demonstrated customer support or persuasive skills (preferred)
