About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of design and engineering. Our books are more than just pretty pages ? they're powered by smart personalization tech behind the scenes. You'll be the one who brings them to life, translating final artwork into a fully functional, interactive product that people can personalize and gift. What You'll Be DoingYou'll learn everything that goes into creating a personalized book ? working closely with our creative director and engineers throughout the process. Your job will be to add the finishing touches to each book (text, layout, print-ready files) and then work with engineering to sync everything with our personalization platform.This is a truly cross-functional role ? you'll be hands-on in shaping how each book becomes a real, customizable gift that people love to give. You'll:Fine-tune the last mile of design ? making sure text placement, layout, and spacing feel just rightCoordinate with our designers to prepare clean, print-ready filesLearn and manage our personalization platform, Design Huddle (we'll train you), and ensure every book is fully functionalUse structured variables and logic (similar to a CMS or templating system) to bring our stories to lifeWork closely with engineering to connect the visuals with personalization logicCreate launch visuals like mockups, thumbnails, and Amazon A+ contentQuality check every step ? from layout to logic ? to make sure everything looks great and works perfectly? What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with a strong design eye, a bias for action, and a systems mindset. You should be able to take ownership of a process, improve it, and execute it again and again ? faster and better each time. ? What You'll Be Doing

? What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong design eye, a bias for action, and a systems mindset. You should be able to take ownership of a process, improve it, and execute it again and again ? faster and better each time. The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Love books and emotionally meaningful design
  • Have light coding or UI/UX exposure
