Acoustics Engineer
A company is looking for an Acoustics Engineer to analyze and mitigate aircraft-generated noise and vibrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed acoustic analyses, simulations, and experiments to assess and reduce noise levels
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate effective noise reduction strategies into aircraft designs
Manage and coordinate acoustic testing operations and verification processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field
Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in acoustics analysis within aerospace, defense, or high-tech vehicle development
Proficiency with acoustic measurement tools and familiarity with Dassault Systems CATIA (preferred)
Solid understanding of acoustic principles, noise mitigation strategies, and industry standards
Demonstrated experience in defining acoustic requirements and developing an Acoustic Management and Control Plan
