Administrative Officer
A company is looking for an Administrative Officer to manage administrative operations and financial reporting within a department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and procedures
Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and monitor budgets
Coordinate purchasing activities and implement university policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in maintaining complex financial records and budget management
Experience in developing and preparing financial reports
Demonstrated organizational and human relation skills
Ability to perform essential job functions as outlined in the position description
