Alabama Licensed Hospice LPN

A company is looking for a Hospice Triage LPN for part-time evening shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide triage nursing care for hospice patients during evening and weekend shifts Access electronic medical records (EMRs) for charting and utilize internal applications for job functions Complete required documentation and shift prep before and after taking calls Required Qualifications, Training, and Education MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care Must be comfortable with technology and able to type efficiently in a fast-paced setting Must complete three weeks of remote paid training and maintain an active nursing license
