Application Help Desk Analyst
A company is looking for an L1 Application Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support for medical record processing products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticket portal
Provide technical support for hosted applications, servers, and network resources
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in computer application technical support preferred
Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting and connection issues
Basic experience with IIS, Apache Tomcat, PowerShell, and SQL queries
Experience with Jira is a plus
