Application Support Analyst
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst, where the individual will provide technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users via chat to solve technical problems with predefined steps
Triage incomplete tickets and perform troubleshooting on technical issues
Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders
Associate Degree
Demonstrate characteristics of a team player and ability to accept constructive feedback
