Customer Communication Coordinator

A company is looking for a Customer Communication Dispatch II Coordinator - Part Time/Remote. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of requests Monitor dispatch systems and communicate with field personnel to meet response times Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred Prior dispatch or call taker experience is a plus Strong PC literacy and data entry skills Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends
