Arc Flash Electrical Engineer
A company is looking for an Arc Flash Electrical Engineer to support utility customers with electrical/power systems and arc flash studies. Key Responsibilities Plan and evaluate new and existing electrical/power systems across various facilities Conduct power systems modeling, power flow, short circuit analysis, and arc flash studies for medium and low voltage power distribution Oversee field data collection and build engineering models for arc flash analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required Mid Level: Minimum of four years, Senior Level: Minimum of eight years of relevant Arc Flash Electrical Engineering experience PE or ability to obtain a professional license is highly preferred Experience with NFPA 70E and IEEE standards for Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Proficiency in using Arc Flash software (e.g., Cyme, Synergi, WindMil, ETAP) for analysis reports
