Area Vice President of Onboarding
A company is looking for an Area Vice President of Core Product Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute plans for customer activation and revenue backlog management
Interview, hire, develop, and coach onboarding leadership and consultants
Manage cross-functional relationships to enhance customer service and onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of implementation or project management experience, with 3 years in a people management role
Ability to plan and manage strategically and operationally with autonomy
Experience in the restaurant and POS industry preferred, including P&L and margin analysis
Proven track record in developing people, processes, and technology in a fast-paced environment
