Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and assess member clinical records related to behavioral health
Partner with staff and departments on provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
Implement procedures for tracking operational issues and collaborate to improve quality and satisfaction for staff, providers, and members
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
Experience with assessment of treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse
Experience in managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
Relevant state licensure as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, professional counselor, marital and family therapist, or registered nurse
