Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls for new orders and service requests, providing assistance to customers Obtain and enter accurate intake information from health care providers to initiate the referral process Complete insurance verification and follow up with payers, providers, and billing entities Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency with commonly used office software products Ability to learn new software applications Previous experience in customer service or familiarity with home medical equipment is preferred
