Key Responsibilities Execute Asset Protection initiatives and implement shortage reduction programs in assigned stores Conduct investigations and interviews related to inventory and cash loss, and monitor surveillance for theft prevention Provide training to store personnel on safety guidelines and crisis management protocols Required Qualifications 4-year degree preferred 2 or more years of experience in Asset Protection or relevant retail experience Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company guidelines Must pass a comprehensive background investigation Reliable means of transportation required
