Key Responsibilities Participate in the book/product selection process for Book Fairs and Book Clubs Utilize the Category Assortment Planning Tool to assist in planning product categories Research and analyze product sales data and market trends to improve product selections Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years equivalent experience Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office programs Strong analysis and database management skills Category Management, retail buying, or merchandising experience is a plus Knowledge of and appreciation for books is a huge plus
