Associate Supervisor - PSC
A company is looking for an Associate Supervisor - Personal Support Center (PSC).
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a support team to deliver high-quality customer service
Maintain service level metrics and manage day-to-day operations of assigned teams
Conduct training sessions and develop training materials for agents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 2 years in a lead role in a customer-focused industry
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
Experience with reporting tools like Excel and Thoughtspot is preferred
